This role is designed to develop your skills through a structured apprenticeship, leading to a Journeyworker Electrician position. You will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technology while ensuring all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
Primary Function:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. Gain in-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures while supporting daily operations and participating in electrical projects that contribute to the company's ongoing innovation initiatives.
Tools and Equipment Used:

Electrical diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, circuit testers)

Key Responsibilities:

Work under the guidance of Journeyworker Electricians to install and maintain electrical systems.

Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams for equipment installations.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical motors and control systems.

Layout, install, and maintain a wide variety of complex electrical equipment.

Ensure all work complies with state and local electrical codes and safety standards.

Participate in the setup of secondary distribution centers and balance electrical loads.

Perform routine electrical inspections and preventative maintenance.

Maintain accurate documentation related to electrical systems and repairs.

Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
