Key Responsibilities
-
Operate heavy equipment (e.g., for construction, demolition, soil remediation, and waste disposal) in compliance with safety standards
-
Perform equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance
-
Transport and position raw materials or waste at facilities and job sites
-
Follow operational SOPs for safe and efficient equipment use
-
Travel between job sites as required
Qualifications
-
Experience: 5+ years operating soil excavation/remediation equipment
-
Education: No formal education required
-
Licenses/Certifications: None required
-
Other Skills: Teamwork-focused, strong knowledge of heavy machinery
Work Environment
-
Shop or field-based work
-
Exposure to noise, dirt, odors, weather extremes, and occasional physical risks

Regular use of motor coordination; occasional lifting (under 30 lbs)
