Job Summary:
RDR Utility Services Group is seeking a Foreman for various projects across West Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio. This role involves managing mechanical steel piping installation, maintaining safety and production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality work in varying weather conditions. The Foreman will report directly to the RDR supervisor and may assist with labor tasks when required.
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee mechanical steel piping installation projects.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, managing tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs., standing for long periods, walking, squatting, and crouching.

Coordinate with Project Superintendent and Project Managers.

Prioritize safety and efficiency while keeping job costs in mind.

Be available to work up to and occasionally beyond 12-hour shifts.

Assist with equipment operation and labor work as needed.

Ensure effective communication within the team and with clients.
Preferred Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical steel piping installation.
-
At least 2 years of experience as a Foreman (preferred).

Experience working on steep terrain and winching (preferred).
