What You’ll Do

Fabrication & Assembly: Layout, fabricate, and assemble a variety of metals including angle iron and I-beams.

Repair Work: Dismantle, straighten, reshape, and reassemble parts using tools such as cutting torches, straightening presses, and other hand tools.

Collaboration: Be part of a team that thrives on accountability and success, contributing positively to the overall goals of the Ghent team.

Safety & Productivity: Follow safety protocols and ensure a productive, efficient work environment.
What You’ll Need

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read blueprints or drawings and understand welding symbols.

Experience: Previous structural welding experience in an industrial setting is preferred.

Safety Compliance: Must possess OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided) and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
